By downloading or using ToDoLinks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
ToDoLinks is a personal link and task management app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content you save in the app.
You agree not to use the app to store illegal content, infringe on third-party intellectual property, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
You must create an account to use ToDoLinks. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account).
ToDoLinks offers an optional auto-renewable Pro subscription at $1.99 per month. The subscription unlocks unlimited cards, up to 10 columns, and unlimited AI searches.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policy.
Your use of ToDoLinks is also subject to the Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).
ToDoLinks and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ori Shalom and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
ToDoLinks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ori Shalom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ToDoLinks.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
